HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS: Full Income Documentation and No Income Verification loans available. Loan amounts from $20,000 to $500,000. We have several different programs available for all types of credit, W-2 or self employed and loan to values. Generally, stated income deals are capped at 90% LTV and $50,000 with credit scores starting at 630-for the 90%. For Full income documentation, equity is not required because we also offer a 125% program for a maximum of $50,000 over the value of the home. If you have lots of equity up to 80% LTV, you don't need high credit scores for EZ qualifier or Full income doc's.

We also offer you a combination of loans for Debt consolidation/home improvement and cash out. You can get these loans as a straight mortgage or Equity lines. Equity lines are mortgages that work like a credit card. You can keep reusing the line by writing checks. Usually up to 10 years with an additional 10-15 years to payback the principal. Equity lines have adjustable rates based on Prime + a margin based on your credit score and loan to value. Minimum credit score with this product is 620 for full doc to 100% LTV and 680 for stated income to 90% LTV.
