| RECOURSE: | Under $1,000,000-negotiable. Over $1,000,000-None, except for standard carve-outs pertaining to fraud, misrepresentation, environmental and bankruptcy matters. |
| LOAN TERMS: | 5,7,10 Year balloons with 15,25 & 30 year amortization loans available. |
| SECURITY: | First Mortgages or Deeds of Trust secured by a fee simple interest. Some programs available for 2nd Mortgages. |
| RATES: | Adjustable rate indexes available are 30 day/6 mo. LIBOR, 11th Dist. COFI, 12 mo. T-Bill and Prime. Fixed rates available upon request. |
